Conscious Bodywork is an individually designed massage session with deep muscle massage, rocking and energetic work. This treatment will leave your mind relaxed and your body connected.
Maya Abdominal Massage is a non-invasive external massage that guides internal abdominal organs into proper position for optimal health and well being. Sessions include: intake, 50-60 minutes of full-body and abdominal massage, and education in self care techniques.
Yin and Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of challenging and relaxing yoga poses that help you move more deeply towards your own experience. The benefits of this practice include increased relaxation, flexibility, strength and confidence.

Amanda Harmony Cohen studied Integrated Therapeutic Massage at the Institute of Conscious Bodywork in San Anselmo, CA. She graduated from the YOGAstudio Mill Valley Yoga Teacher Training with Sarah Powers in Mill Valley, CA. And has studied Maya Abdominal Massage with Dr. Rosita Arvigo in Massachusetts, Belize and Mexico. Amanda completed a two year training in Hakomi:Experiential Psychotherapy and has a Masters in Counseling Psychology. |
